Yes. ParkWhere SG is completely free, with no account or sign-up required. The service is supported by unobtrusive advertising so it can stay free for everyone.

Where does the carpark availability data come from?

Live data is sourced from Singapore's official LTA DataMall open-data feeds, along with HDB and URA carpark information, and is refreshed about once a minute. ParkWhere SG is an independent service and is not affiliated with the LTA or the Government of Singapore.

How accurate is the lot availability?

It reflects the latest official feed, but live counts can lag real-world conditions by a few minutes — a carpark shown as available may fill up before you arrive. Treat it as a strong guide and always follow on-site signage.

Do I need to install an app?

No. ParkWhere SG runs entirely in your mobile or desktop browser. If you like, you can use your browser's "Add to Home Screen" option for quick access, but no download is needed.

Can I use it without sharing my location?

Yes. If you decline location access, simply search by area name or postal code (for example, "Bishan" or "570123") and ParkWhere SG will show carparks near that point instead.

Does ERP operate on weekends and public holidays?
